Guarantee Terms and Conditions

Consolidated Direct Mail, Inc. proudly offers an “In by 11:00 am, Out by the Next Business Day” Guarantee.   This guarantee is actually a service level agreement that genuine and best efforts will be made to ensure that every project of 100,000+ pieces, or less that is submitted to Consolidated Direct Mail, Inc. prior to 11:00am (MT) on a given business day will be entered into the U.S. P.S. system by close of business on the following business day.  Inability of a U.S.P.S. facility to document receipt of a project or issues caused by any Act of God or War, nullifies this guarantee. The limits of performance under this guarantee are for the “fee for service” costs billed for the project by Consolidated Direct Mail, Inc.  This guarantee specifically excludes costs for lists, print, postage and other imposed postal fees.

A project submission is defined as the time that Consolidated Direct Mail, Inc. has received all of the following critical components of a project, including: 1) a client-approved list, 2) all print and non-printed pieces (full count plus 100 pieces for set up), specific instructions and 4) payment.
